Ogre
Sorcerous Brute
"Ogre" isn't a species—it's a curse.
When you wrong somebody and they curse at you, it doesn't do a lot. But when you really wrong a lot of people, and they all curse at you, you can feel it. Each curse is like a bee sting, making flesh swell.
Ogres are people who have done a lot of people a lot of wrong. They're swollen with curses. Their heads are warty, tuberous growths containing very dim, very mean thoughts. Their huge, grinning mouths are full of grinding, stinking black teeth. Their skin is so swollen with cutaneous layers that they can barely feel the outside world. They are huge.
Ogres tend to carry large, simple weapons, such as uprooted trees, battering rams, and gibbet cages.

Notes
- Eat-Eat-Eat.
The ogre can play any card to eat an object they are holding. Eaten objects are Destroyed.
- Ogres can eat damn near anything. Given time, the ogre can chew through stone doors or iron bars. Nothing they eat harms them in any way. Ogres cannot be poisoned and are immune to the Poison Blood of seablooded orcs. They can even swallow potent artifacts like cursed magic rings without ill effect.
- That Hideous Strength.
Ogres have strength to rival that of trolls. The ogre can play any card to lift a portcullis, smash down a door, pull a stone from a wall, or perform other incredible feats of strength.
- Tough.
Actions targeting ogres must exceed (not just match) their Initiative.
Lesser dooms
- Sweeping Club.
When the ogre Attacks on its turn, the Attack targets all adventurers in its zone.
Greater dooms
- Bully.
Role-play saying something mean and nasty about a particular adventurer. Discard a greater doom card to force that adventurer to erase the charge on one charged Bond.
- Overwhelming Attack.
The ogre can play a greater doom as an Attack action.
